Only a person who is expert in a particular field can get a good job. Vocational education training institutes impart specialized and practical knowledge to a person and help them become independent at a particular age, this type of skilled labour is highly on demand in the market economy in LDCs. Vocational Education has assumed a critical importance in developing countries hence the need for personnel exchange to enhance human capital development of the teachers.
